I haven’t been able to write as much as I wanted to because it’s finals week at Bryn Mawr College! I have 3 posts coming up that I will finish after finals so stay tuned… Meanwhile, I’m 1 exam and 1 essay away from winter break!

My feelings towards finals week

I love that Bryn Mawr has self scheduled exams, a product of the Honor Code. Self scheduled exams allow me to decide when I take the final, as long as I take it in a designated exam room. This can either be a blessing or a curse — depending on your time management skills. You can get your finals done early and go home early, or you can procrastinate until the very end of the week. I have slight ADD and usually tend to procrastinate. But I’ve been better this semester. I think it’s because I have surrounded myself with non-procrastinators who encourage me to study early. One of my roommates is actually done already and left campus this morning. I, on the other hand, will be sticking it out until Friday…
